- 2 cups arugula
- 1 peach
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 oz fresh mozzarella
- 2 - 3 slices Prosciutto
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Balsamic Glaze to drizzle on top
