Classic Stuffed Peppers are a comforting, all-in-one meal made with bell peppers filled to the brim with a savory mix of ground beef, rice, sauce, and seasonings. Baked until tender and topped with melty cheese, they’re a hearty dinner favorite.Â
Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers - all colors
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 24 oz pasta sauce
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup monterey jack cheese

Instructions

- Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds, and add them to a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
- Chop the onion.
- In a medium skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-low heat, breaking the meat up as it cooks, until no longer pink.
