- 1 t vanilla
- 8 oz package of Cool Whip
For the decoration:
- ⅓ c chocolate syrup
- 12 Hershey’s bar pieces
- 1 c mini marshmallows
- ½ c crushed graham crackers
Directions:
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla and sugar. Cream until smooth.
- Fold in the Cool Whip until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the cheesecake filling to a piping bag. Set aside until ready to use.
- To assemble – Dip the top of each cone into the chocolate syrup and then immediately dip into the crushed graham cracker pieces.
- Using a piping bag, fill each cone with a generous dollop of cheesecake filling. Then, insert a piece of a Hershey’s bar into the top of the filling and gently press it down to secure it in place. Finally, add a few mini marshmallows into the cheesecake filling for extra sweetness.
- Immediately sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs.
