Ingredients:
- 2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- 7 snack-size Hershey’s bars
- 35 Teddy Grahams
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of milk
- Pink food coloring
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry dough and cut each sheet into 18 small rectangles.
- Place 1 teaspoon of strawberry preserves in the center of each rectangle.
- Break each Hershey’s bar into pieces along the lines on the bar and place one piece at the top of each pastry square to make a pillow.
- Place one Teddy Graham on the center of the pastry with its head resting on the chocolate pillow.
- Fold the bottom of the pastry over the top of the bear and use a fork to seal the edges. Make sure the edges are well sealed, or the preserves will leak out the sides of the Pop-Tarts while baking.
- Place the pan in the oven to bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow the pastries to cool to room temperature, then combine the powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons milk. Add more milk, as needed, until the mixture reaches drizzling consistency.
- Whisk in one drop of pink or red food coloring.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of each of the sleeping bags and top with rainbow sprinkles.
- Allow the glaze to harden before serving.
