Ingredients:
- 6 – 6-inch pieces of celery (about 3-4 stalks)
- ⅓ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 24 Mini Ritz Crackers (cheese-filled or peanut butter-filled)
- 6 small cherry tomatoes
- 12 candy eyeballs
- 12 tiny celery antennae
Directions:
- Cut the celery into 6-inch pieces.
- Cut another piece of celery about ½ inch or so and trim tiny little pieces off it to make the antennas.
- Arrange the celery flat; trim a small part of the bottoms if any won’t set flat.
- Fill each celery piece with peanut butter. Piping it in will make this process less messy. Just fill a piping bag with the peanut butter and trim the end off – no need for fancy piping tips.
- Put a very small bit of peanut butter on the end of a toothpick, then spread it on the eyeballs and adhere them to the front of the tomatoes.
- Now, use a toothpick to poke two holes at the top of each tomato and stick two tiny celery pieces in for the antennae.
- Set the tomato heads on one end of each celery piece, then arrange 4 mini crackers on the other edge.
- Enjoy!
