December 28, 2025 by Pam Maynard

New Disclosure

Reese’s Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookies: Thick, Gooey & Totally Irresistible

If you’re a peanut butter lover, prepare to fall hard for these Reese’s Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookies. Thick, soft, and completely over-the-top, these cookies are packed with Reese’s Pieces, chocolate chips, and a surprise center of creamy peanut butter ganache. Every bite delivers that perfect balance of rich peanut butter flavor and sweet chocolate goodness—just like your favorite candy, but baked into an indulgent, bakery-style cookie.

Reese's Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookies

What makes these cookies truly special is their size and texture. Each one is generously portioned, with a soft, chewy interior and lightly crisp edges. Using a combination of all-purpose flour and cake flour gives the cookies a tender crumb, while cornstarch helps keep them thick and soft. Chilling the dough ensures they hold their shape and bake up tall, making them feel extra special—like something you’d find behind a bakery display case.

And then there’s the filling. The peanut butter ganache is smooth, creamy, and melts beautifully inside the cookie as it bakes. Made with heavy cream, peanut butter, and white chocolate, it creates a luscious center that takes these cookies from delicious to unforgettable. Whether you’re baking for a celebration, a holiday treat, or simply because the craving hit, these cookies are guaranteed to impress.
