Peanut Butter Blossom Cookie Recipe Ingredients:
- ½ c sugar
- ½ c brown sugar
- ¾ c creamy peanut butter
- ½ c unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 ½ c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- ½ t baking powder
- Additional granulated sugar
- Approx. 36 unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss candies

So, gather your ingredients, preheat the oven, and get ready to indulge in the cozy delight of Peanut Butter Blossoms that capture the essence of the holiday season!
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line your cookie sheet(s) with parchment or coat with non-stick spray and set aside.
In the stand mixer bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened butter with the granulated sugar and brown sugar. Cream until smooth.
Add in the egg and mix well.
Switch to the paddle attachment. Add the remaining dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix thoroughly – stop the machine, scrape the sides, and mix again.
Scoop out dough about the size of a ping-pong ball. Roll in the additional granulated sugar.
Place on the prepared cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set.
Remove the cookies from the oven and immediately place the unwrapped Hershey’s Kiss candies in the center of the cookie. The heat will melt the chocolate and glue them together.
Allow to cool until the chocolate resets.
Storage: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
