Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookie Ingredients:

Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies

Ingredients for the cookies – 

  • 1 ½ c unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ c sugar
  • 1 ½ c brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 3 ¾ c flour
  • 2 sleeves of graham crackers, crushed
  • 2 t baking soda
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 t salt

Ingredients for the frosting – 

  • 2-8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 7 oz marshmallow cream
  • 2 c powdered sugar
  • ½ caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt to garnish

Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookie Directions:

To make the Cookies:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line your baking sheets with parchment and set aside.  
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the butter, sugar and brown sugar.  Cream until smooth. Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies
  3. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined.  Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies
  4. Add in all the remaining dry ingredients – graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.  Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies
  5. Mix until completely combined – scraping the sides often.  Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies
  6. Use a large ice cream scoop or ½ cup measuring cup to portion out the cookie dough.  Only place six on a baking sheet as they will spread.  Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.  Allow to cool completely before decorating. 

To make the frosting:

  1. For the frosting, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a stand mixer bowl.  Mix until smooth.  Crumbl Salted Caramel Cookies

Storage: Cookies can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
