- 8oz Cream Cheese
- 16oz Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- 8oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Chives (garnish)
- 1oz Ranch Seasoning Packet
- Mini Sweet Peppers
Buffalo Stuffed Mini Pepper Directions:
Add the sour cream, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese & ranch seasoning into a mixing bowl and combine.
Cut each of the sweet mini peppers in half and remove all the seeds.
Fill each mini pepper with the Buffalo mixture.
Garnish with chives.
