Game Day Layered Dip Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups Guacamole
2 cups Thick & Chunky Salsa
1 cup Sour Cream
1 cup Cream Cheese, Softened
½ cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
¼ cup grape tomatoes, finely chopped
¼ cup black olives, sliced
A container of your choice for serving. Depending on the size of the container you choose, it will alter the number of containers you will be able to fill. For instance, if you choose an 8oz container your layers will have to be much thicker than they would be in a 4oz container. The choice remains yours.
Instructions:
1. To make the Cream Cheese layer, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream by mashing ingredients with the back of a fork or with a potato masher until your desired consistency is reached.
2. Fill your chosen container â…“ with the cream cheese mixture, â…“ with the guacamole, â…“ with salsa and top with chopped tomatoes, green onions and black olives.
3. Repeat the above step for each container.
4. Serve the individually layered dip with tortilla chips.
NOTES: Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
