Every once in a while I like something out of the box to serve as a snack or appetizer for get-togethers. Of course, while the main meal is cooking, everyone loves to snack. So, instead of serving the same old chip and dip why not try this yummy Cucumber Dill Dip! It has a delicious lightness that pairs perfectly with veggies, pretzels, and snack crackers.

Ingredients:
16oz cream cheese, softened
2 C mayo
2 tsp fresh dill, chopped
2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp dried minced onions
2 tsp Sriracha sauce
2 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
Mix in the dill, cucumbers, lemon juice, dried onions, Sriracha and salt until combined.
Place into the fridge until ready to serve!
