Instant Pot Chicken Wing Dip
Ingredients needed:
1 lb Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup Buffalo Sauce
8 oz Whipped Cream Cheese
8 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Chicken Broth
How to make Instant Pot Chicken Wing Dip:
Add chicken and broth to the Instant Pot. Place lid on Instant Pot, press the pressure cook button and set to high.
Cool for 12 minutes.
Do a quick release of the pressure.
Drain any leftover broth.
Shred the chicken. The chicken should shred effortlessly using a fork.
Turn Instant Pot to saute mode.
Stir in the shredded cheese, cream cheese & Buffalo sauce.
Saute for 4-5 minutes until mixture thickens, stirring often.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Serve with tortilla chips and veggies.
