Ingredients to Make Chocolate Bark:
- 1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers
- 1 cup butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 12 oz milk chocolate chips
- Valentine’s sprinkles
Directions to Make Chocolate Bark:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay crackers in single layer on top of parchment paper.
Melt butter and brown sugar in saucepan over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly, while working quickly as it will begin to cool.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
Remove from oven, spread chocolate evenly, and top with Valentine’s sprinkles.
Refrigerate for one hour to cool, then break into pieces.
