Makes: 15 servings
Ingredients:
1 box Brownie mix (15 oz)
3 large eggs
2/3 C oil
1/4 C water
1 C white chocolate chips (melted)
1/2 C mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
2 peppermint candy canes (crushed)
Cookie sheet
Parchment paper
Electric mixer/ mixing bowl
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep cookie sheet with parchment paper
Add the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in the bowl of an electric mixer. Using an electric mixer combine the ingredients until fully incorporated.
Pour the prepared mixture on the prepared cookie sheet.
Spread the White Chocolate chips on tops of the brownie batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Immediately remove from the oven.
Set the brownies aside and allow them to cool completely.
Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate chips all over the brownie.
Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the baked brownies.
Set aside the brownies to cool.
Once cooled, begin to break the brownies into large pieces.
Serve and enjoy!
