Peppermint Brownie Bark Recipe

- 1 box Brownie mix (15 oz)
- 3 large eggs
- ⅔ C oil
- ¼ C water
- 1 C white chocolate chips (melted)
- ½ C mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
- 2 peppermint candy canes (crushed)
- Cookie sheet
- Parchment paper
- Electric mixer/ mixing bowl
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prep cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Add the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water in the bowl of an electric mixer. Using an electric mixer combine the ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour the prepared mixture on the prepared cookie sheet.
- Spread the White Chocolate chips on tops of the brownie batter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Immediately remove from the oven.
- Set the brownies aside and allow them to cool completely.
- Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate chips all over the brownie.
- Sprinkle the crushed candy canes on top of the baked brownies.
- Set aside the brownies to cool.
- Once cooled, begin to break the brownies into large pieces.
- Serve and enjoy!
