Ohmygoodness! I know…I know…but really, OMG! All these years I’ve been buying razors and bathroom accessories all wrong. Dollar Shave Club has it all figured out and I’m going to tell you why it’s amazing!
Recently I received a box with products from The Dollar Shave Club and I figured they would be just like all the other products out there on the market, just saving me time from going to the store. Well, let me be the first to tell you how WRONG I was about them. I’ve seen the commercials on social media, the advertisements too…but using these products and then finding out how much money I can save each month, I’m just blown away.

The first thing The Dollar Shave Club name makes you think about is shaving and razors. Yes, they sell great razors and blades. They are priced amazingly and there are different styles. The neat thing is, this company realizes that a woman CAN and DOES use razors made and marketed for men. I’ve used my husband’s for YEARS (and he hates it when I do). So, a man can use these razors, and a woman can (and will) use them. So, they all look the same, not marketed for either sex.
The Dollar Shave Club is more than razors! They make many products including shave balm, after shave face cream, hair styling products and wipes for your bottom (I didn’t know how else to say that). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that many of the hair styling products have no scent, so woman and men can use them. I love that about this company! They think ahead, not just about your head.
My husband, who has not used a shave cream product in years, has taken to shaving outside the shower again. He uses the 5 blade razor, the shave cream and the after shave balm. His skin looks so good. And, I know that every seven days, he’s going to replace his blade so his skin will continue to look good.
That is the whole concept of these razors being delivered to your home, on time, every month (or every other month) to make sure you always have a fresh blade. You can cancel your orders and shipments at any time. There is no minimum purchase or requirements. No membership fees, AND they have referrals that allow you to get account credit for each person you refer that orders. What other “razor” does all that?
I have been using one of their hair gel products because I have really short hair. It holds all day and I don’t have that white, flaky thing going on that some gels leave behind. But, even if my hair was longer, there are pastes, putty and gels made for longer hair. Honestly, these are high quality products for not high prices.
I could be here all day telling you about how impressed I am with The Dollar Shave Club. I’ve been shopping around for a good razor at a good price. But, I never expected to find one that delivers to my home, is universal AND makes my husband look better than ever.
