You know the saying about an apple a day keeps the doctor away? Well, what if you heard that a chocolate a day keeps aging at bay? Yeah, I’d look at the other person like they were crazy too, but then again, any healthy excuse to eat chocolate isn’t too much of a stretch for this busy and tired Mom. So let’s talk about how chocolate makes you beautiful.

One single serving (7.5g) has the same amount of antioxidant astaxanthin–one of the most powerful antioxidants known to science–as 300g of wild salmon as well as cocoa flavanols equivalent to 100g of normal dark chocolate.
Treat yourself to one individually wrapped piece a day to slow aging, boost circulation, oxygenation and detoxification in as little as 21 days. esthechoc does contain a small amount of caffeine (less than a cup of coffee), so most prefer to eat their indulgent “dose” in the morning or afternoon.
My Thoughts
Most of us ladies probably have a daily beauty or skin care routine. Some may be complicated and filled with many steps while others may be as simple as washing our face in the morning. One thing is for sure, most of us don’t have a lot of extra time to get ready and so we hesitate adding any additional products or steps to an already busy morning. But what if you could add a beauty product that not only took very little time but was something you would even look forward to?
That’s how I have started thinking about my dark chocolate square from esthechoc, which is made not only to be delicious but good for your skin. Don’t worry, you get to eat it, not slather it all over your face!
The chocolates come pre-packaged in a box with enough pieces to last you for a month, consuming one every day. It’s definitely not a sweet type of chocolate, but has that rich and almost bitter dark chocolate flavor. The information from esthechoc explains that the science behind the chocolate shows to help increase oxygen levels in the cells, improves skin blemishes, helps increase your antioxidant levels and can even assist even out your skin tone. It’s made of over 72% dark chocolate, so there’s little room for anything else but the good stuff! The packaging also tells me that it’s all natural, vegan friendly, non-GMO, and even OK for diabetics (only 2 grams of sugar in each square).
You might choose to eat it in the morning as you’re getting ready for the day, or at bedtime for a little chocolate before you hit the pillow. It does have a bit of caffeine but it’s less than a cup of coffee, so if you’re sensitive, then consider taking it earlier in the day. Personally, I like mine in the middle of the afternoon once school work is done, before we get started on errands, sports practice, and dinner prep. I keep mine at my desk and pull out my daily piece when I sit down with my fresh coffee, ready to relax for a few minutes. If chocolate makes you beautiful then I hope to slowly see improvements over the next few months after I’ve finished a few boxes of esthechoc.
PS – Make sure your children and spouse know it’s not hidden candy but a beauty product! Ask me how I know…
