My Review
We may not always enjoy the snow, especially when it interferes with our daily plans, but snow globes are always a hit for the entire family. Some of us like the more delicate & feminine style while others enjoy the seasonal or rustic looking ones.
But no two are alike when my kids used the Let It Snow! Snow Globe Kit from Seedling.
Create your own winter wonderland scene with this holiday version of one of our best selling activity kits. This kit comes with “make and bake” polymer clay in red, white and green; glitter, a plastic globe, and stand to make a sparkly, custom snow globe. Recommended for ages 8+
As you can tell from my son’s creation, this quickly became more than a typical “dough” playtime at the kitchen table. He sat and thought about what he wanted it to look like. We discussed our his molding ability, the limitations of the snow globe opening, etc.
And it took us a few practice tries and techniques to find exactly what he imagined but he was delighted at the finished product.
Heads up parents: the clay bakes for 30 minutes, then needs to sit for 12-24 hours so this was a 2-part process!
