Smile Brilliant Leaves You Smiling
Have you ever felt like you have something stuck in your teeth and everyone will notice if you smile? You need to find a toothpick or a strand of floss real soon! Or, maybe you ate something with garlic and you feel like everyone will turn in disgust if you open your mouth? Maybe a piece of gum will help until you can get to your toothbrush. I am sure we have ALL been there, done that! Those are both problems that a lot of people find themselves facing on a fairly regular basis. Both of those are easy to fix. HOWEVER, have you noticed how stained your teeth really are? It may not be as quick of a fix as getting a piece of floss or a toothbrush but Smile Brilliant can fix that problem and get you smiling and confident once again!
Many people, including myself, don’t even notice how yellow their teeth may look. I knew mine we discolored but I never really noticed just how yellow they had gotten! I will definitely be a lot more proactive in making sure I keep them whiter looking. It makes a HUGE difference. Can you see the difference?!

How to Use Smile Brilliant
First off, after you receive your kit in the mail, you will make a mold of your teeth. Don’t let this intimidate you. It is seriously the easiest thing! Just squeeze together two different chunks of what feels like modeling clay and squish it down into the blue tray.
Next, sink your teeth into the mold, pull the mold off your teeth, and you are DONE! I know they have a lot more technical directions but I like to make the directions elementary for people like myself.
After you let the mold dry overnight, stick it in the pre-addressed envelope and send it on its merry way back to Smile Brilliant.
About a week or two later, you will get a custom fit whitening tray which fits almost like a mouth guard.
Every night, brush your teeth with just water. Add a thin line of whitening gel to your tray, dry your teeth the best you can, then place the whitening tray on your teeth. You can do it any time of the day but I find nighttime is the easiest so that I am not eating or drinking right after I whiten my teeth.
I started with whitening my teeth for about 30 minutes a day. After a few days, I increased the time to closer to an hour. The last few days, I have left it in for three hours which is the max time. I had a day that the whitening gel seemed to irritate my gums a little. I decided to add a little coconut oil to my gums prior to whitening the next time and it worked like a charm.
