Easy Meatloaf #Recipe with Oatmeal for a Great Family Meal!

February 25, 2017 by Diane

When it comes to easy meals, Meatloaf is a go-to of mine. I love Meatloaf, but with that said, I am a self-admitted Meatloaf snob. I will not eat Meatloaf at restaurants and am very leery of trying it anywhere else. For a while, I would attempt to try it but honestly, there are some foul tasting Meatloaf recipes out there! I have been spoiled to this Easy Meatloaf Recipe with Oatmeal.

Easy Meatloaf Recipe with Oatmeal

Our family loves this Easy Meatloaf Recipe made with Oatmeal. It is a nice change from using bread crumbs or crackers! It is quick and easy to mix up, then just stick in the oven. While it cooks, you can prepare your sides or fold that load of laundry that is waiting on you 🙂 I love recipes that you don’t have to hover over and fuss with! And, if you want an easy dessert to serve afterwards, try these super easy and delectable Mini Cheesecake Cups with Strawberries!
