Be Portion Conscious with Slimware #review #ChristmasMDR16

September 5, 2016 by Pam Maynard

MDR review-disclosure

Professional chefs and dietitians often know how big a portion they are serving someone just by looking at the food on a plate. Once you do it so long, it becomes second nature. Slimware is a unique company who makes dinner plates, focusing on portion control.

Portion control is a very common problem, that leads to overeating. There are literally thousands of products out that there promising to make your life easier and your portions smaller. There are even devices out there that cause you to weigh out every thing you eat so that you only eat so many ounces.

I’ve been researching products that are supposed to give you help. There are scoops, plates, containers, and dividers. What really works? Slimware is a company who makes portion control plates that are actually very pleasing to the eye.

Not only does Slimware come in many styles and designs, it actually shows exactly the amounts of food that should go into each meal. There is no counting calories, no measuring foods. You only have to follow the guide to having the perfect meal size.

The largest flower on the plate is made to show you how much vegetables should go on it. The middle size flower is for your side dish or your carbs. and the third size is for protein. There is a bonus elongated flower made for extra protein. Could it be more simple?

Slimware believes that if you eat less, you’ll weigh less. It only makes common sense. It really is simple to look at the flowers on the plate and decide how much food to put there. There is no counting, no measuring, no special diets. Just eating less is all there is to it.

There are so many tools out there for eating proper, eating right, eating the right portion size or calories. Why not use Slimware instead? The plates are dishwasher and microwave safe. And when you have company over, they never have to know that you are using a portion conscious plate. All they will see is the beautiful plates.
