I recently had the chance to review the So Well Large White Himalayan Salt Crystal Lamp and Salt Heart Massage Stone. My initial response was WOW. The White Salt Crystal Lamp is so beautiful. My pictures do not do it justice!
What is a Himalayan Salt Lamp, you ask? The Himalayan Salt Crystal Lamp is an organic natural air purifier. It features a 15-watt light bulb and UL tested dimmer cord. Although it is a captivating lamp, it does so much more than provide you with a light source. It invigorates you, energizes you, refreshes you, recharges you and soothes you.

That is impressive!
The Salt Heart Massage Stone can also be used as an all natural deodorant. The stone provides disinfecting and odor neutralizing qualities that prevent germs and odor-causing bacteria. My son is enamored with this stone. He used it as a deodorant first. But, then, later on decided he preferred saving it for a massage stone. 😉
To use as a massage stone, use as is or heat it in the oven at 200 degrees F for 5-10 minutes. Our oven is so hot it only took 5 minutes to heat the stone in a small baking pan. The kids all took turns getting a back massage from mama with the Salt Heart Massage Stone. The heat relaxed their little muscles and they went right to sleep!
