I am finding myself staring at the photo above in awe — how can anyone not love pumpkin after seeing this list?  Is that possible?  Pam dared me to gather all of the best pumpkin recipes I could find to make her fall in love with pumpkin as much as I LOVE pumpkin.  I don’t know if we can change her taste buds, but these beautiful food photographs have made her want to love pumpkin.  (If nothing else, she now loves to look at pumpkin recipes– success!)
