What do you get when you add one part cheesecake,
one part pie, and one part pudding?…
Decadent Pumpkin Pudding!
I saw a funny picture on Facebook the other day that had me craving pumpkin. Since pumpkin hasn’t fully slammed into our stores yet I wanted to create something easy from the canned pure pumpkin we all have access to year-round. This decadent pumpkin pudding can be made ANY TIME you have a pumpkin craving — don’t wait for fall to arrive!
Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) Pure Pumpkin
- 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 Packages Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Whipped Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Additional Whipped Cream for Topping (optional)
- Chopped Pecans (optional)
- Chocolate chunks (optional)
Directions:
Soften Cream Cheese. Combine the pure pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, softened cream cheese, and pumpkin pie spice with mixer. Fold in 8 oz/1 cup of whipped cream. Cover and chill for one hour.
Serve pumpkin pudding topped with whipped cream, chopped pecans and chocolate chunks.
