DanceFit KiDS is a fitness program designed specifically for kids. DanceFit KiDS is available in a 40 minute Dance DVD that includes twelve interactive workout routines. They are recommended for kids by kids! Fitness is an important aspect in a child’s early development. It is clinically proven that just 30 minutes of cardio aerobic training 3-4 times a week can vastly improve a child’s physical and mental development.
DanceFit KiDS has been a welcomed addition in our home. This cold winter has been windy and wet. We were in need of an indoor activity to help burn off some energy! Plus, it fits perfectly into our homeschool plan for PE. I have to admit, some days it gets a little crazy around here. My kids need to be active, period. They need an outlet to burn off energy or else they run through the house or wrestle. Then, there goes a lamp! DanceFit KiDS is fun way of getting them in shape while burning off tons of energy. I love it!
I have had dance workout videos in the past that would embarrass my children because the men & women working out would be half dressed! DanceFit KiDS is appropriate for the whole family. I’ve even used if for my daily workout! Trust me, it is a great source of cardio.
The music in the dvd is great. There aren’t any lyrics, just an upbeat tempo that makes you want to get up off the couch and join in.

We have been working out as a family with DanceFit KiDS. My 9 year old son was a big skeptic at first. He didn’t want to try it. After about twenty minutes, he joined in with us and loved it! He did 6 workouts before stopping!
You see, DanceFit KiDS is for boys and girls, even parents! I am so thankful to finally have an appropriate dance workout program for my children. Childhood obesity is an epidemic that is taking away the quality of life for kids! Parents, let’s do our part to stop bad habits and implement new healthy ones. Do it for the KIDS!
