Easy Shrimp Scampi Pasta the Whole Family Will Love
If you’re craving a restaurant-worthy pasta dinner without spending hours in the kitchen, this Shrimp Scampi with Linguine is the perfect recipe. Tender shrimp and linguine are tossed together in a rich, buttery garlic sauce with fresh lemon, herbs, Parmesan, and just a hint of heat from crushed red pepper. It’s simple, flavorful, and the kind of meal that looks much fancier than the effort it takes to make!
One of my favorite things about Shrimp Scampi with Linguine is the combination of flavors. Butter and garlic give the pasta that classic savory scampi flavor, while fresh lemon adds brightness and keeps the sauce from feeling too heavy. Italian dressing adds another layer of seasoning, and fresh parsley and Parmesan bring everything together. Add as much or as little crushed red pepper as you like depending on whether your family enjoys a little kick.
Best of all, this easy shrimp pasta works just as well for a busy weeknight as it does for entertaining. Serve it straight from the skillet for an easy family dinner, or dress it up with a salad and warm garlic bread when guests are coming over. With juicy shrimp, buttery noodles, plenty of garlic, and fresh lemon flavor in every bite, this is one pasta recipe the whole family will be happy to see on the dinner table!

Serving Suggestions
Serve your Shrimp Scampi with Linguine while it’s hot, topped with extra freshly grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper.
For a complete dinner, pair it with garlic bread, breadsticks, or warm crusty Italian bread for soaking up the buttery garlic sauce. A simple Caesar salad, garden salad, roasted asparagus, broccoli, or green beans would make an easy side without overpowering the pasta.
If you’re serving shrimp scampi for guests, add lemon wedges and a little extra parsley to each plate for a pretty finishing touch. You could also serve the pasta family-style in a large bowl with Parmesan and crushed red pepper on the side so everyone can customize their serving.
