🧀 Ingredients
- 2–2 ½ cups green grapes
- 1–1 ½ cups red grapes
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 3 oz raspberries
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
🌲 Directions
- Prep the cheese: Use a cutting board to cut your cheese into even cubes.
- Start your base: Arrange two sprigs of rosemary at the bottom of a large platter — this will form the base of your tree.
- Layer the fruit: Above the rosemary, add two rows of green grapes, making the second row slightly smaller. Add two small rosemary sprigs above the grapes on each side for that tree-like look.
- Add color: Layer in two rows of red grapes, narrowing the rows as you move upward.
- Build up: Add another layer of mixed green and red grapes for fullness.
- Cheese time: Create two rows of cheese cubes above the fruit, with rosemary sprigs tucked along the edges. Add another layer of cheese for dimension.
- Top it off: Finish with two rows of raspberries, a few rosemary sprigs for greenery, and a mix of red and green grapes at the top for a festive finish.
- Tree trunk: Place one cube of cheese at the bottom center to form the tree trunk.
