Ingredients:

  • 6 Rice Krispies treats
  • 3 scoops of sea monster ice cream from Target (or use your favorite kind)
  • 4 tablespoons little monster sprinkles from Michaels 
  • 8 candy eyes

Monster Ice Cream Sandwiches

Instructions:

1. Lay out the Rice Krispies treats. Rice Krispies

2. Add one scoop of ice cream to each of the three treats. Monster treats

3. Place another Rice Krispies treat on top of each ice cream scoop and gently press down, allowing the excess ice cream to spill over the sides. Monster Treats

4. Roll the edges of each sandwich in the sprinkles and place them on parchment paper. Monster treats

5. Freeze for 10 minutes.

6. Attach candy eyes to the sides of the sandwiches and serve!

These delicious Monster Rice Krispies Ice Cream Sandwiches are made with Rice Krispies treats, ice cream, and sprinkles. They are a fun treat for Halloween or Monster-themed Birthday parties or just anytime! No Baking is required! 

Ingredients

  • 6 rice Krispie's treats
  • 3 scoops sea monster ice cream
  • 4 tablespoons little monster sprinkles
  • 8 candy eyes

Instructions

Lay out Rice Krispies treats. Add one scoop of ice cream each to three treats. Place a Rice Krispies treat on top. Press down and press the excess into the sides.

Press into sprinkles and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Add candy eyes to the sides and serve!
