- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp green onion – chopped
Directions:
- Make the bang bang sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Season the salmon with the onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Rub with ¼ cup of the prepared sauce and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Place the salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
