32 oz Chicken Broth
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Cup Hot Buffalo Sauce
1 Cup Heavy Cream
4 Celery Stalks (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Carrots (Chopped)

In a saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil.
Pour in the heavy cream. 
Sprinkle in salt & pepper.
Stir in the hot Buffalo sauce.
