Step 1: Make a rope out of the yarn and fold it until it’s short.
Step 2: Tie it with yarn in the middle.
Step 3: Tangle the yarn until it forms a round shape.
Step 4: Trim the excess or long yarn to reveal the round shape more.
Step 5: Using the glue gun, connect the topper at the top of the pencil.
Step 6: For more details, glue the google eyes to the topper.
