You could even be more likely to develop various long-term conditions. Some foods can even increase your chances of cardiovascular diseases.

That’s why regular health screenings can be so important. They let your doctor find any potential issues early enough so they don’t have to be problematic. It’ll help make sure you’re as healthy as possible long-term.
