Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups preferred milk (dairy or any non-dairy equivalent)
- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter (unsalted)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 2/3 cup rolled oats
Chia Strawberry Jam:
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries (fresh preferred)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (more as desired)
Directions
- In a mixing glass or bowl, combine milk, peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk to blend. Alternatively, blend until smooth.
- Use 1 cup or larger jars or sealable containers. To each container, add 1/3 cup rolled oats.
- Distribute the liquid evenly between containers. Stir well. Set aside to begin absorbing
- Make the jam: Blend strawberries with 1 tbsp maple syrup until a smooth puree forms. This can be done in a regular blend or with an immersion blend in a tall-sided bowl or mixing glass.
- Add in the chia seed and blend until well combined. Set aside for 10 minutes to begin gelling.
- Give the oat mixture another stir and spoon strawberry jam on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Store for up to 4 days.
- When ready to eat, stir in the jam so that it swirls through the oats.
