Ingredients:

Cucumber sandwich

  • 3 1/2 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Caprese Ladybug appetizer
  • 2-3 seedless olives
  • 2 spinach bushes
  • 2 quail eggs
  • 2 slices of white bread
  • Bell peppers for decoration
  • salt pepper

Cucumber sandwich

Instructions.

1. Place the cream cheese in the blender. Add one teaspoon of lemon zest, one tablespoon of lemon juice, some salt, pepper and olive oil. Stir the mixture until smooth. Set aside one tablespoon of the spread. Cucumber sandwich

2. Set aside eight small spinach leaves. Place the rest in a blender and whisk together with the cheese mixture. Cucumber sandwich

3. Cut the crusts off the first slice of bread and round the top. Form the second slice into two equal half-circles. Cucumber sandwich

4. Cut the cucumber into circles, blot off excess juice in a towel. Spread the green cream on a large and a small slice of bread. Place the cucumbers on the sandwich. If necessary, cut off sectors of the circles to make the cucumbers resemble a turtle shell. Cucumber sandwich

5. Boil the quail eggs for 4 minutes from boiling, cool in ice water and peel. Spread white cream cheese on a small slice of bread and place it on a large sandwich. Form eyes from egg white, cucumber and olive slices. Form the cheeks, mouth from the bell peppers. Place a piece of egg on a small sandwich, form eyes, a mouth, and cheeks. Lay out spinach paws. Cucumber sandwich

Garnish the serving with spring flowers, sweet pepper hearts, and pea microgreens.
