- Craft Paint – Light Pink, Bright Pink
- Cardstock – Golden Yellow, White, Light Pink, Red, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple
- Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Sponge Dabber – Dollar Store
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Permanent Marker

Instructions:
- Gather all supplies. Base coat the bottom half of the inside of the paper plate with light pink acrylic craft paint. Set aside to dry and apply a second coat, if necessary.
- Download and print the Unicorn Patterns, then cut out with scissors. Trace the outer ears twice onto white cardstock, trace the horn once onto golden yellow cardstock, and trace the inner ears twice onto light pink cardstock. You could also use colored craft foam or craft felt for this project.
- Cut out the Unicorn patterns with scissors, making sure to cut inside the traced lines for a clean, finished project.
- Draw diagonal lines on the unicorn’s horn with a black marker.
- Attach the light pink inner ears to the white outer ears with a glue gun and glue sticks. Glue the ears to the back of the paper plate and the horn in the center. TIP: You can use liquid craft glue for this project, but you will have to wait for it to dry.
- Cut strips from light pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple cardstock that are approximately one inch wide by eleven inches long.
- Cut each strip in half lengthwise. Flip the paper plate over and attach the rainbow pieces to the back with a glue gun and glue sticks. Start at the ear and overlap the colors to create the Unicorn’s mane.
- Create cheeks by dipping a sponge dabber into bright pink acrylic craft paint and stamping on either side of the face.
