It’s that time of year- time to make Christmas Cookies!  These Mickey and Minnie Rudolph Cookies are too cute!  They are made with Oreo’s!  Everyone loves Oreo’s, especially dipped in chocolate and decorated like our favorite Disney icons!

Ingredients:

• 14 Oreo cookies
• 14 Reese’s Minis Peanut Butter Cups
• 10 oz white melting wafers
• ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles

Directions:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt the white melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
3. Working with one Oreo at a time, dip the cookie into the melted chocolate and use a fork to flip it, ensuring it is fully covered. Lift the Oreo from the chocolate and transfer it to the baking sheet.
4. Working quickly before the coating hardens, sprinkle on the Christmas sprinkles or arrange them in a pattern. Gently press the larger side of a mini Reese’s cup into the top of the Oreo.
5. Repeat with the remaining Oreos, then place them in the freezer for 10 minutes to harden.
6. Once hardened, remove from the freezer and enjoy!
