Thai Chicken Thighs Ingredients:
- 2-3 lbs Chicken thighs, skin and bone in
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- ¼ cup chopped Thai basil leaves
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fish sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tsp ginger paste
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Grilled Thai Chicken Thighs Instructions:
Thai Marinade / Sauce:
In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, basil, green onions, fish sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, lime zest, brown sugar, minced ginger, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine
In a large sealable container, combine chicken and Thai Sauce.
Make sure to cover the chicken with ¾ of the Thai sauce, and cover fully. Place the remaining sauce in the refrigerator
Cover the chicken and have it marinate for at least 3-4 hours overnight.
Once ready to cook, drain the chicken from the marinade. Set to the side.
Cook the Chicken Thighs
Preheat the Ninja grill or Foodie to medium-high heat.
Brush chicken with the remaining Thai sauce on each thigh on both sides. Add chicken to grill, and cook, turning occasionally, until chicken is completely cooked through.
Cook for 15- 18 minutes.
Garnish with minced cilantro and sliced red peppers

I have made this in my air fryer as well. I cook it at 360 for 15 minutes, flipping it and basting it with the sauce twice.
