Dip the bottom ¼-⅓ of each rice krispie in the melted white chocolate.  Scrape the excess back into the bowl and set it back on the parchment.

Immediately sprinkle some shredded coconut over the white to create the beard.  Allow to set.

Transfer the remaining melted white chocolate to a piping bag or ziploc set aside.

Melt the red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.  Heat in 15-30 second increments and stir well between each interval until smooth.

Dip the top ¼-⅓ of each rice krispie in the red candy melts.  Scrape the excess back into the bowl and set it back on the parchment.

Place your mini marshmallows along the edge of the red line to create the hat’s fur.  Then sprinkle with a pinch (or more) of the red sanding sugar.

Cut a small hole in the end of the white chocolate piping bag (you can always cut it bigger if needed, but start smaller than you think).
