Ingredients needed:
1 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
3 cups shredded chicken
1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
1 Tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 15oz can corn
How to make this yummy Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, corn, cheese, & sour cream.
Spread into a casserole dish.
Crush the Ritz Crackers and sprinkle them on top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
