Colored craft papers
Craft glue
Pencil
Scissors

How to make this cute Easter Egg Paper Craft:

Step 1:
Select a craft paper for the egg shape and select different bright colored craft papers for the shapes to decorate the egg. Trace and cut out the egg and other shape patterns.

Step 2:
The shape cutouts for egg decoration might be longer than the egg’s width but don’t worry about that part, we can always trim extra sides. Start to attach the colorful paper shapes on the egg base cutout from either top or bottom side.

Step 3:
Mix and match different shapes, for example, I added a zigzag pattern between 2 straight lines.

Step 4:
Continue to add the paper cutouts until the whole egg pattern is filled.

Step 5:
When you are done decorating the egg base cutout, you can use scissors to trim the extra sides of the attached decorative papers and align them with the egg base layout.

Try out different colored paper for the egg shape and use more different shape cutouts to decorate the paper eggs.
