Now check out how easy it is to make these Waffle Pizza delights!
Ingredients needed for Waffle Pizza Sandwiches:
- 1 Can Jumbo Sized Biscuits
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Sauce
- Pepperoni
Directions to make Waffle Pizza Sandwiches:
Pre-heat waffle iron. Here are some of my favorites on Amazon:
Slightly flatten a biscuit and place it in the waffle iron
Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese & pepperoni. (for a meat lover’s pizza- add sausage, bacon and ground beef)
Place a slightly flattened biscuit on top and close waffle iron.
Cook for about 1 minute 30 seconds or until the biscuit is fully cooked. Don’t worry if some cheese and sauce leak out.
They might be messy, but oh so worth it!
Serve & enjoy.
Tip: You can make some garlic butter to dip your sandwich in. Or, if you have Ranch dip on hand, I always love dipping my pizza crust in Ranch!
