Ingredients Needed for OREO Cookie Fudge:
- 12 oz white chocolate baking chips
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff
- ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 15 OREO cookies or chocolate sandwich cookies
Directions to make the fudge:
Line a 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Place the OREO cookies in a plastic baggie and coarsely crush them using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
Dump package of white chocolate into a heat safe glass or metal bowl.
Fill a pot with 1-2 inches of water. Set chocolate filled bowl on top of pot, making sure that the bowl is not touching the water.
Heat over medium/low heat, stirring often, until chocolate is melted.
Add marshmallow fluff and sweetened condensed milk. Stir well.
Add crushed cookies. Stir well.
Dump mixture into baking pan and spread evenly across the pan. Cover and chill overnight.
Cut into 1-2 inch squares.
