This Christmas, it’s time to get creative! 2020 has been the strangest year, but that does mean we can’t enjoy our family Christmas traditions. In fact, it’s a great time to make NEW family traditions. I’ve never been the best baker, but I love melting chocolate and dipping cookies, pretzels or even chips. These White Chocolate Dipped Sugar Wafers are easy and fun Christmas treats that will be our new family Christmas tradition. (And they are so pretty!) Instead of doing a Cookie Exchange party, we will make Chocolate Dipped cookies for each other!

Ingredients:
- 1 package of vanilla sugar wafers
- 1 cup white chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut or olive oil
- Decorative sprinkles, M&M’s, any edible decorations that you love!
Directions to Make Christmas Sugar Wafers:
Lay out a wax paper covered baking sheet.
In a small bowl add white chocolate chips and oil. Mix together. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Then continue microwaving in 15 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Holding a wafer in one hand over the bowl of white chocolate, use the other hand to spoon the white chocolate on all sides of the wafer starting about ½ way down the cookie.
Once all sides are coated lightly, place on wax paper and decorate as you wish. Repeat as many wafer cookies as you wish.
Allow to sit at room temperature until dry and the chocolate is hardened or you may place in refrigerator to speed up the process.
