Dragon Fruit Blackberry Smoothie
Makes 1 smoothie
Prep: 2 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 of 1 Dragon Fruit
1/2 cup blackberries
2 leaves kale, washed and chopped
1 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup milk
ice
Directions:
Cut Dragon Fruit in half and use a spoon to remove fruit from the skin.
In a blender or smoothie maker, add the kale, flax, and blackberries.
Then add the Dragon Fruit, ice, and milk.
Blend until smooth.
