Island Vibes Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- ⅓ cup pineapple chunks
- ⅓ cup fresh spinach
- ⅛ cup shredded coconut flakes
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- ¼ cup vanilla almond milk
How to make this yummy Island Vibe Smoothie:
1. Add the pineapple chunks to the blender cup. I used the Nutribullet.
2. Next add the spinach and strawberries.
3. Sprinkle coconut flakes and ground flaxseed onto strawberries.
4. Pour the pineapple juice, then the almond milk over the mixture.
5. Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
Optional: If smoothie is not your desired thickness, add ice cubes and blend again.
