With the weather getting warmer we are looking for lighter meals and/or dishes we can serve with our grilled foods. Look no further than this delicious Grilled Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad! It is perfect as a light meal and is also a favorite for potluck and barbecue meals!

Ingredients
17 oz Pasta
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup Basil Pesto Sauce
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
2 cups Diced grilled chicken
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/8 cup minced basil
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil pasta for 8-9 minutes until tender, rinse with cold water, drain, and place in a large bowl.
Add the chicken, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese in the pasta bowl.
Toss to combine.
Whisk together Italian salad dressing and pesto sauce until smooth, then pour over pasta.
Toss to combine.
Add the grated parmesan cheese, and sliced tomatoes.
Toss to combine
Cover and chill 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
Toss before serving.
