Grilled Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe
- 17 oz Pasta
- ½ cup Italian salad dressing
- ½ cup Basil Pesto Sauce
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 2 cups Diced grilled chicken
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ⅛ cup minced basil
- ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- Boil pasta for 8-9 minutes until tender, rinse with cold water, drain, and place in a large bowl.
- Add the chicken, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, and parmesan cheese in the pasta bowl.
- Toss to combine.
- Whisk together Italian salad dressing and pesto sauce until smooth, then pour over pasta.
- Toss to combine.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese, and sliced tomatoes.
- Toss to combine
- Cover and chill 2 hours or up to 8 hours.
- Toss before serving.
