1 3/4 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground clove
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp caramel extract
3/4 C molasses
1/4 C Ghirardelli salted caramel sauce
2 eggs (small)
3/4 C whole milk
3/4 stick unsalted butter
1/2 C brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prep a loaf pan by spraying it with baking spray.
Whisk the flour, baking powder, allspice, cinnamon, and ground clove together in a bowl.
Using an electric mixer beat the butter and brown sugar in another bowl.
Add the vanilla, caramel extract, and the eggs, one at a time.
Stir until everything is well blended.
Add the molasses, and salted caramel sauce beating until it is blended.
Slowly add the flour mix and the milk alternating between the two of them.
Continue to beat the mixture until everything is well incorporated with no lumps.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake at 350-degree oven baking for 50 minutes. (Or until done.)
Remove the loaf from the oven.
Take the loaf from the loaf pan.
Drizzle the salted caramel sauce on the top of the loaf.
