Hearty Chili- Our Family Favorite #Recipe- Made in Mealthy Multipot #MealthyMoms

October 3, 2018 by Pam Maynard

Getting dinner ready during the week can be such a hassle.  Making our favorite foods can take too long or require too much clean up.  Not anymore!  I made Chili in the Mealthy Multipot in less than 30 minutes!  It came out amazing, like it had been simmering for hours.  And, like all the other great recipes I’ve made in it, it only uses the one pot!  What more could you ask for to feed your family fast!

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 15 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 15 oz can of Busch’s Chili Beans
  • Packet of your favorite Chili Seasoning
  • Extra Chili powder for an extra kick
  • Cheddar cheese and Sour cream for topping

*For a hungry family, be sure to double the recipe- that’s what I always do so we have leftovers!

Directions:

1- Put your Mealthy Multipot on Saute and brown the Ground Beef.

2- Drain the grease from the Ground Beef.

3- Add your diced tomatoes, Bean, Chili Seasoning and Stir.

4- Lock on the lid

5- Under the pressure cook mode, set your Mealthy Multipot to 13 to 17 minutes- I did 17 for a double batch.

6- Wait for the timer to go off.  Let it naturally release for 5 to 10 minutes.  Then do a quick release.

7- Stir, serve with your favorite cheese and sour cream and ENJOY!
