1- No Shopping Required!
Shopping is my least favorite activity! I think I have mentioned that before. With HelloFresh, you can schedule deliveries that are convenient for you and your family. You don’t have to plan your life around shopping. EVERYTHING is included in recyclable paper bags. All you need to do is open the bag, wash a few veggies and you’re ready to cook!

2- Super Fresh Ingredients
HelloFresh gets its ingredients directly from independent producers and deliver top quality products all over the US. You don’t even have to be home to get the box of goodness. It’s packed in an insulating bag with extra large ice packs to keep everything cool.
Out of the 3 meals we received, the only veggies that weren’t super fresh were the grape tomatoes. Honestly, I don’t think I have ever bought a box of grape tomatoes that didn’t have a few withered tomatoes in it!
3- No Cooking Skills Required
If you can read and follow instructions, you can make these yummy meals. Everything you need to do is laid out step by step with times, temperatures and order of ingredients. If you can operate your stove and over, you can make HelloFresh meals! You don’t need amazing cooking skills to make amazing meals.
4- Your family will LOVE the meals
You can pick from different meal plans like the Veggie Plan, Classic Plan or Family Plan. No matter what you and your family like to eat, HelloFresh has recipes that you will love. Their dedicated team of chefs works with dietitians to create 15 new recipes each week. They select your meals based on your preferences but also give you the flexibility to select meals from your weekly menu. When I ordered the Family Plan, I was able to specify no fish or seafood dishes. The Sliced Steak Tagliata with Sweet Potato Wedges and Green Beans was my favorite!
My husband’s favorite was the Chicken Pineapple Quesadillas. He even enjoyed the homemade Pico de Gallo sauce from fresh tomatoes.
My son loves all things spicy! His favorite meal was the Sesame Honey Beef Stir Fry with the sriracha sauce.
5- Generous portion sizes
You don’t need to worry about anyone going hungry. We had the meal plan for a family of 4 , even though there are 3 of us. My son is 15 and can eat more than you would imagine some days. Each meal we had enough leftover for my hubby and I to split for lunch the next day.
The whole cooking experience was a fun family activity too. My son acted like he didn’t want to help, but once he got the apron on, he was ready to go!
Would I use HelloFresh again? You bet I would! I can’t wait to see what other amazing meals I can make with the boys!
